How quickly can we go live?
Most hospital implementations take four to twelve weeks, depending on size and the modules you start with. Clinics and smaller teams are often live within days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. eCare360 is available as a 30-day trial with full access, and MeetIQ360 offers a one-week trial for an admin and three users.
Do you provide training and support?
Training is part of every implementation, by role and department, and our support team is available around the clock after go-live.
Can your products work with our existing software?
Yes. Our platforms are API-first and support HL7 FHIR and DICOM, so they connect with existing systems, devices and third-party applications.
Is our data secure?
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, access is role-based with multi-factor sign-in, and every action is logged.
